Have you tried copying the text to the clipboard and pasting it into a Word document. I've had success with documents up to a hundred pages. Also if you have a recent edition of Open Book, it will read PDF files.

I can read bits of the document but it runs real slow. I also seem to get held up on turning pages at times. I can navigate using the alt key but it gets very time consumeing. I was wondering if someone can send me a list of key commands that would make it easier for me to swim through this document rather then being weighed down by cement boots. I am using jaws 13 with windows 7 and adobe 10. If anything, could anyone from this list e-mail me privately and give me instruction if I send them this 165 page report to use as an example? It might help me grasp it more easily.
