Hello there; Try the following;
1, while in outlook, Alt+f=file, 2, tab and enter on, Account settings...drop down, 3, again press enter. 4, now tab and enter on change button. 5, here you can type in the preferred name you want people to see, 6, now tab and uncheck the box which reads; Test Account Settings by clicking the Next button 7, now tab next press enter, You will hear congradulations, Press enter, Now alt+f4.
