I think since the demise of Salona there is just the paid version for IE. So I guess that is still a violation because it would be pay to play. For those people who choose to not use FF.

Is there a CAPTCHA solution for IE? Or you referring to the paid services?

Is he still in violation of 508 if he offers an alternative CAPTCHA? Is he
still in violation of 508 if blind people, using Fire Fox and webvisum, or that
other CAPTCHA solution for IE, can solve the CAPTCHA?

Hello:
If he is a US senator or congressman his website would be in violation of
Section 508. If you still have the contact information for the
senator/congressman assistant you may wish to notify them of this fact.

Very good. If everyone who ran into an accessibility roadblock took the time to
contact the owner of the site, things would begin to get better. Like you, I
always take the time to inform website owners of the barriers found on their
sites.

The other day I ran into a problem with a capcia on my senatorÿÿs web page.
I then called for the information that I needed and mentioned the contact
form. They just called me to test the page. They found a work around to
prevent bots from accessing.Since I was able to use it with no problem the
code will be shared with all of the Pa. senators sites..
