On your desktop highlight the Jaws Icon and do an alt tab. Then tab until you see shortcut key edit box if it says shortcut key alt control j then you should be ok but if it says shortcut key none hit the letter j or whatever letter you want and then shortcut key will be alt control plus the letter you chose. Tab until you see apply and then press enter. Then tab until you see ok and press enter.
