You can Call the MS disability help line and they will update it with
whatever options that you want.

I've been having problems with updating adobe flash player. The thing that I
notice is that when I go to adobe web page using the latest version of jaws, I
have a problem because I can't seem to get past these check marks but with
earlier versions I'm going to check to see if I have the same problem with

update flash to version 11...
After the update I again tried the site with the same message. Trying
to update again bia the link on the page the update fails. Using the
latest I.E. on a win 7 32 bit machine. Any suggestions? The site does
work on firefox.
