I am writing to inquire if anyone here is familiar with the WyStar Business/Customer Relations Management software which is a program developed and used by many Wells Fargo bank. Employees. If it is the same program used at Wells Fargo call Centers, then, at least a year or so ago, JAWS was not compatible. I would appreciate any assistance/direction and would be glad to follow up with a resource/contact person that would be recommended.
