You can still access system tray withthe latest dropbox, just route jaws to pc and use the right click button instead of the application key.

Not only did the recent update to DropBox make it virtually impossible to
access it via the system tray, it affected the other icons there as well.
When the DB icon was showing in the tray, I couldn't get a proper context
menu for the other ones.
