Try this on thecombo box:
enter and arrow down or up to change to a different credit card combo box.
Or try, shift tab, then tab.
Then, use your up or down arrow to select a different card.
Everybody has a different combobox in the internet.

Does anyone shop here at Walmart?
If so, when you are at the window to select the card type, the card type
shown only is Walmart credit card, where are the other options. Pressing alt
down arrow does nothing.
This is concerning if you want to add a card or change one.
