Hi, From a running pc, Press windows key + D and press j, Press J again and it will say jaws and the version number.
Shift F10 and arrow up to properties enter. Tab to the quick key dialog box and press J only. Tab to apply and then shift tab to ok spacebar. Now press insert + F4 and close jaws. Now try your quick key command enter.
