[JAWS-Users] windows update

does any one know if windows updates released a security monthly roll up 
for January and a and a security quality monthly update for the . net 
frame workfor the month of January?

I need to know because when I checked my windows updates this morning it 
only down load 2  updates and they were for adobe flash player and the 
malicious removable tool.

I am using windows 8.1
