Not yet, although Thomas Diesler might implement.  Coordinate with him if you are 
doing it.

The current implementation is total shit, so feel free to reimplement it.  I had 
scheduled myself to implement it mid April if nobody else finishes it by then.

What I'd like done is to first remove the dependency on the Scheduler service.  I 
think it can be implemented solely in terms of the JMX Timer.

Adrian also made a good point in that this service needs to be seemelessly 
integratable in a cluster.  It should be integrated with the HA Singleton service so 
that scheduled timeouts only happen on one machine.

That's just some basic thoughts.  I remember you Steve from someplace.  You've 
contributed before correct?
