Did you specify to pad the XID in the Transaction Service? This is clearly
outlined in the Wiki.
Please see your jboss-service.xml file and look for
<!--attribute name="Pad">true</attribute-->
The 'Pad' attribute should be uncommented for Oracle XA deployments.
