Is there a configuration change that I can make that would prevent the "work" directory from being removed when JBoss stops?
In addition to my compiled jsps (which I have now figured out how to pre-compile as part of my war file), I have a bunch of classes that are compiled and created by one of my servlets (Apache Cocoon). Currently, JBoss seems to remove the entire work directory, and then re-create it when JBoss starts. If there is a way to tell JBoss not to remove these files, that'd be great.
