The OL and its tests where completely rewritten in
3.2.2.
Where are these test beans used? In other words, where is the code for the test cases located?

I just did a text search of the 3.2.1-src i have and couldn't find the text "EntityModifiedLocking" in any files other then the deployment descriptors.
