It is general guide for Java developers using emacs and JDEE.
But most of tips are designed for Windows users because
setting emacs on windows with cygwin is a little more complex
than on Unix.

In short, the key to properly setup emacs to use it with cygwin
is to install it in CygWin directory tree plus a few environment
variables.
