yes it does exist the file. Now what i did is i copied that file to my home directory
/home/Owner/common/cedet.el then i modified .emacs file. Now i am not getting the same error but i am getting this error now require(inversion).. File error: "Cannot open load file", "inversion". any idea how to fix this problem..
