Looks good! Need a tck test for try-with-resources for Extent, and Query. Maybe org.apache.jdo.tck.extents.AutoCloseable.java org.apache.jdo.tck.query.api.AutoCloseable.java The test class for PersistenceManager is pretty simple with no error cases.
