Only people inside the JSR know, and they cannot speak, since they are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

This is one of the things I don't like about the JCP process.

This is also the reason why a lot of people in Apache is "holding breath" on the whole JSR-168 thing until the draft specification is released and we have elements to make a judgement.
