I see the problem. I require Maven 3.3.1 or higher to build Jetspeed now. Looks 
like thats a problem, since Apache’s Jenkins only supports up to Maven 3.2.2
There is an issue with Jetspeed's Maven plugins where 3.2.x and 3.3.x are 
incompatible, so I chose to go with 3.3.x. Hate to roll back to 3.2.x now. I’ll 
see if there is a way to build with 3.3.x at Apache...
