Hey all, I finally got everything properly installed on a FreeBSD 6.0 box.
I have been monitoring disk usages and triggering alerts. That all works great. Here is my output: freebsd# tail -f triggers-2006-02-01.log 23:00:13 ======================================================================== ============================ 23:00:15 event 331: T 4 - P 10 - R 4 If 'type_id(12) = 12' (1) Then email (1) Stop 23:00:17 ======================================================================== ============================ 23:00:18 event 332: T 4 - P 10 - R 4 If 'type_id(12) = 12' (1) Then email (1) Stop 23:00:21 ======================================================================== ============================ 23:00:23 event 333: T 4 - P 10 - R 4 If 'type_id(12) = 12' (1) Then email (1) Stop 23:00:26 ======================================================================== ============================ 23:00:31 event 334: T 4 - P 10 - R 4 If 'type_id(12) = 12' (1) Then email (1) Stop 23:00:31 ======================================================================== ============================ 23:00:34 event 335: T 4 - P 10 - R 4 If 'type_id(12) = 12' (1) Then email (1) Stop However, I'm not getting the emails. I'm sending to a gmail account. My question is....how does JFFNMS send emails? Do I need sendmail or postfix on this box working working first or is that taken care of by jffnms?
