I'm starting to use Spartan Student, and I'm already a bit frustrated. Does
anyone know how to display a list of MOs in pictorial and energy form?
What do people think of another WebMaker option that would create an HTML
page the lists all the MOs for a system in order of energy in a table, with
a relatively small PNG image of each that are clickable to call up a pop-up
(or in place?) rotatable applet?
Or could there be a way to do this in Jmol? I'm thinking that a visual
representation of the orbital set would be WAY easier to mentally process
than one-by-one going through them.
Jonathan, how hard would it be to set that up?
