Hi Bob,

I'm working with a surface created as follows, from a MOL2 file:

isosurface reversecolor colorscheme "rwb" sasurface 0.1 map mep

On the page of examples here:
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs/examples-11/new0.htm

example #82 shows that you can write a jvxl file of an mep surface and
then load the jvxl. But, when the jvxl surface loads, the coloring is
different, presumably because it is not being supplied with a specific
colorscheme.

How would I get the colorscheme in the original command applied to the
surface? I've tried a lot of different variations of "color
isosurface" but can't seem to find the right combination of terms.

Thanks,

Frieda
