Yeah, I see your point. I think I was more responding to a separate, but related topic, which wasn't really part of the thread, just something that's been on my mind lately as I've been interviewing.

I think Terrence's phrase could be altered just a little to something like "my employer makes me feel like I'm a kindergartner" or "I feel like my employer thinks I'm a kindergartner" and it would be more palatable.
