I dont think that we should decipate our energies pointing out our errors. we should rather be making suggestions on how to achieve the common goals that we have. we can really have a global executive drawn from the executives of the various active branches who will drive the global body whilst the local executives inplement the global vision and mission in thier various branches through thier own programs. Unity in diversity should strenghten rather than devide us. with branches in the US, UK, Abuja, Lagos, PortHarcourt and probably Jos, we already have a global outlook. The advantages of a global outfit are quite enormous. this should reflect in our approach to the way we porsue the main aim of the association which is to better our lot and give back to our alma mata (in structure and content)in particular and the society at large. We can achieve this and much more if we can bring our strenght (in diversity) to bare. Tajudeen Yahaya Tiger house 88 set. --- On Mon, 6/20/11, Cojosa Uk-irl <cojosauk...@yahoo.co.uk> wrote:

Yes a Yahoo Group has been created for a visual connection for all those who live and reside in the UK, Ireland and Europe respectively. We need this to help communicate with each other and create awareness that there is a COJOSA UK-IRL chapter. And thirdly yes a website will be created and is still under discussion as to what will contents will be and creating a common platform. But on the other hand, with regards to reference points, yes COJOSA should have a common platform to operate with, but it seems, as in the past different chapters have sprung up and there have been no uniformity, different ideas, goals and comment have been published by different chapter via various communication network channels. How then can we operate as one? Again this will be discussed in the meeting for alls view points and further comments and suggestion thanks.
