Maybe we should pronounces this step on the talk-mailing-lists, since there is
quite some time gone since you pronounced the switch to java 6, and have a link
in the download-directory to the last working version would be nice.

I incountered this problem yesterday, as I was siting in front of computer with
only java 5 and no admin-rights.
