I've got two PDFs, one for documentation in the JQuery distribution file itself, and one from the plugins defined in the build.xml file. The last time I did this, I created a file with documentation extracted from "all" the plugins, but I think the plugins directories are crammed with too much stuff for me to do this lazily.
