Also be sure the output of that midi track is set to Hypersonic. On my system two soft synths show up for Hypersonic 2. One says Hypersonic and the other says Styneburg Hypersonic. I am not in front of the studio just now, so can't remember, but one of these should not be used/inserted into the project because it seems to be inactive.
