has a nice list of links to both high-quality free and comercial fonts.
you can use the .sfz format to build your own instruments and import them
into Session Drummer , Rapture , and Dimention pro.

Hi. Yes, as roy said, there is session drummer. There are also drum
sounds
in dimension le, dimension pro, and you can download various sound fonts
and
load them with a sound font player.
There are some other built in options but what version of sonar do you
have
exactly?

I've friends who use ableton or reason to produce their musics, they have
something like re-drum or easy drum to construct them kick drum...
There is an avaiable thing in sonar to make the same thing? for blind
users?
