Well, I select the part I want with f9 and f10, and its selected, after I
make alt+ enter everything nice, I choose the effect but there is no ok
button, so I make ctrl+alt+f4 and close that window, then I'm in clip
windows hope its this the name, and I make ok but is still affecting all the
track... what I'm doing wrong?

either create a send from the tracks in question to the effect bus , then
automate the send's volume in the desired areas.
another method is , select the track in question , then press Alt+Enter
for the clip properties.
at the top of this dialog , with the Jaws cursor , you'll see something
like "none".
right-clicking on this brings the list of installed effects plug-ins;
choose one to enter its property page , from which you can select presets.
it'll also appear at the top of the "Clip Properties" dialog.
this effects will affect only the selected clip.
to make it permanent , use the "apply audio effects" or "bounce to clip/s"
commands.

Can you explane it better?,how insert effects in a small zone?
I know how to create the stereo bus then I select the fx but I don't
know how to affect just a small zone- and not all track.
