Hi Venkat,
    For deploying jsp on websphere, u just need to copy the jsp files on to the web

directory of the instance of the application server that u had created. Similarly
for servlets, you need to copy to the servlet directory . Note that these two
directories will be created automatically for you once you create an application
server instance. Also there will be a default application server instance called
default_app created for you once you install websphere. Hope this helps.
