In the tomcat-directory you can find an server.xml file.  Normally there is
already a tag definition for the tomcat examples.  Copy-paste this tag and
edit it to your needs(=alias).

In the new path you have to create a directory with the name "BEW-INF".
        In this path you have to place a web.xml-phile.(See the configuration in
the examples map) and
        create a path classes where you must put your java-classes.
