Hi Nidhi,
I can't say anything to the possibilities (and the performance) of rendering linear referenced features in oj. Maybe some of the more experienced oj-developers can say more about that (I'd be very interested, too!).
But the JTS has a class LengthIndexedLine for implementing linear referencing.
