Using the possibility to assing src to another dir we can now
share the same code for i386 and x86_64 with output files
located in the dir of the architecture.

We could have avoided the arch/x86_64/boot/Makefile
by changes all $(MAKE) invocations from
arch/x86_64/Makefile but addind an almost empty
Makefile seemed to be less 'magic'.
