"Show Desktop Grid" effect (the effect which is triggered with Ctrl+F8
shortcut) is broken.
1) Just after I click a window and try to drag it (to another desktop for
example) it instantly disappears.
2) Hovering over a window does not enlarge it anymore.
3) It seems that the size of dropped window is calculated incorrectly
