On NEON, discover is what pops up when you click a .deb in Dolphin, and it has
a nice install button in the right (which could be larger or more obvious), it
fires the kde password dialogue thing, and then you see nothing. No progress,
no confirmation the package installed correctly. Nothing.
In the attached screenshot, this is post-installation of the .deb. There's no
way to know what happened (good, or bad).
