I discovered that, despite I have proxy only for HTTP and HTTPS (and left FTP
only with "http://"; as all this years ago), if I disable "Enable proxy", ftp is
working but not http and https, obviously, so is clear there is a bug similar
to bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154098 or
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=230367 .
Please, fix this bug.
