Lancelot is unmaintained for couple of years now so don't expect any patch for
this.
For the problem itself.
Can you please check if you have a local ~/.kde/share/config/lancelotrc file ?
If it isn't there it might explain the crash as lancelot seems not to create it
when it isn't there.
So manually creating even an empty file and relogin should do the trick.
