Hi ! I observed high plasma shell CPU usage (from 20% to 100%) after resuming
on a laptop with an integrated GPU (hd 3000) + unused Nvidia GPU (610M).
Restarting plasmashell fixed it. Using KDE Neon, plasma 5.10.x.
Generally, resuming seems problematic on this machine, even with other DEs. But
at least on Plasma it does resume everytime... Though it can take some time and
induce this CPU usage.
I'd be glad to help debug it !
(apart from it, Neon / Plasma really rule even on slow hardware :-)
