The C++ file matching is extremely overzealous...see also:

for *.nml files.

for *.m files.
It also tries to parse TypeScript (*.ts), and generally anything remotely
C-like.
This occurs despite kmimetypefinder returning text/x-matlab, text/x-typescript
etc.
