Well... there is an option to enable Hi-DPI support, that's in General->Window.
The canvas render now acts a bit weird (though I have some patches for that),
but the general UI scaling is handled pretty nicely by Qt.

With that resolution it's probably either a Surface Pro 4 or the 2017 Surface
Pro, right? The default 200% scaling works fine for me. Are there anything that
you find to be unsatisfactory (other than the canvas being blurry)?

(Oh high density displays applications are basically unusable without any
Hi-DPI support enabled, that's to be expected.)
