Hi Carlo,
While I appreciate the effort you made to create an account and report your
issues, your bug report is not useful for us, developers. To fix your shortcut
issues, please first try resetting your configuration completely -- check the
FAQ for how to do that.
The second issue, that is, the canvas gets stuck scrolling to one side, has
been reported before. We haven't found the reason yet, and if you want to solve
it, you'll have to dig into some pretty hairy code.
The last issue cannot be related to Krita. It must be something weird with your
system, or your hardware. But together with the first and second issues, I'm
suspecting something is really wrong with your setup, and, no, "this only
happens with Krita" is not relevant; it it is still more likely your windows
setup is messed up.
