I am not sure if this is the right place to report the issue.
SITUATION:
- I have configured two keyboard layouts (EN and DE).
- Every time I upgrade my openSUSE Tumbleweed, ibus gets installed
automatically and the Plasma keyboard switching does not work anymore.
WORKAROUND:
- $ sudo zypper remove ibus
