When I drag a file without pressing any modifier key, there is a little PLUS
icon next to the mouse cursor.
When I press Shift (Move) or Ctrl (Copy) or Ctrl+Shift (Link), this icon stays
the same.
WISH: It would be nice if for Shift and Ctrl+Shift the PLUS icon would change
into "move" icon or a "link" icon.
