Review contento with focus,
SUMMARY
In the the new review form, the review content box have no borders and show no
hint of focus. The review title box have borders and show a blue border and a
blinking cursor when have focus.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the dialog to add a new review to an application.

OBSERVED RESULT
The review content input box shows no hint of activation.
EXPECTED RESULT
Every focusable widget should show if it has focus.
