I checked your logs again - it appears memory problem is coming from heap, i.e.
allocated by the app itself for some reason.
Can you try tools like heaptrack
(http://milianw.de/blog/heaptrack-a-heap-memory-profiler-for-linux, PEAK MEMORY
CONSUMERS) or massif and let us know? Thanks!
