SUMMARY: Circle w/blue dot in taskbar, states "Updates Available"...
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I right click to open Application
2. Discover opens, searching for Updates...waiting, searching...
3. after a while, searching stops, displays, "No Updates Found"...or PackageKit
crashed....
OBSERVED RESULT: square box opens in task bar w/sad face inside states a
program crashed on my system....
EXPECTED RESULT: Program does not function correctly..!
