After deleting a workspace and then restarting Krita, the workspace reappears
in the menu. When working on refining a workspace, this can result in multiple
iterations with the same name.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "Choose Workspace", select a workspace and delete it
2. Restart Krita
3. Click on "Choose Workspace" again, and see that the deleted workspace has
returned
