SUMMARY

When declaring that a specific page should have no toolbar, toolbar is still
shown when using QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_MOBILE=1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On Page, declare property `globalToolBarStyle:
Kirigami.ApplicationHeaderStyle.None`
2. Start application with QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_MOBILE=1 and observe that toolbar
is still rendered on that page
3. Start application with QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_MOBILE=1 and observe that there is
no toolbar, as expected
