SUMMARY
kde-print-manager ask  user/password if I change some options.
If tried my user/password and root/password but It wont work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I open  kde-print-manager
2. I try configure some printer
3. My credentials are not accepted

OBSERVED RESULT
Doing `kdesu systemsettings5`works
Gnome system-printer-manager accept my credentials
I Added users in SystemGroup
   -sudo nano /etc/cups/cups-files.conf
   -SystemGroup root sys users


EXPECTED RESULT
User/password dialog accepts my credentials
