Konsole does (example: maximize konsole with 'always-visible' taskbar - ok. Firefox maximized and 'always-visible' taskbar: some content of the firefox window is missing) My taskbar is at the bottom of the screen. Moving the taskbar at the top of the screen helps with the firefox window which then behaves similar to konsole.
